Ania Brzeski (b.1994, London) is a visual artist and designer based in San Francisco, CA. Her work explores the relationship between people and their environment, highlighting process and production as an integral part of her art practice. 

Brzeski has developed a predominantly abstract aesthetic as a painter and ceramicist, blurring the line between art and design within her creative studio IF A THEN B. Her background is in ceramics and she worked as a production potter until 2022 when she began moving into an art practice. 

Her work is still informed by the craft and the act of repetition is a recurrent theme, emphasizing the highly methodical and ritualistic nature of her process. 

Through this approach, she seeks to highlight the connection between physical labor and creative exploration, reflecting a dialogue between the material and the metaphysical.
